grosser than gross
If someone had related this story to me, I would have though it was hog-wash. They actually refer to the procedure as "brain blowing."

Yeah, I already knew that people in the south enjoy brains & eggs from time to time. But since I read the article I'm having trouble keeping the image of it out of my head.
