Where were you tonight, honey?
At work, darling.
No you weren’t, you were at bridge club, why did you lie to me?
Well, I was at work, then I went to bridge.
Say it, honey, say it! You didn’t tell me about bridge because you wanted to come home tonight to another inquisition. Because you find it a turn-on when I give you the third degree.
No, Sam, honest. I just forgot, that’s all. Come, on, no more questions. Why don’t we call it a night.
Not tonight, dear. And you know why? Because I won’t play the sap for you, baby.

They certainly knew how to wear hats back then, didn't they?
In the same way, about 60% of every Cary Grant performance is his clothing.
I don't know. I just watched North by Northwest, and I thought his facial expressions during the drunk driving scene accounted for a decent part.
Oh, I'm not saying that he couldn't act, but the man could wear clothes.
I think that's why I love Jeremy Irons. Good actor, but looks unbelievable in a suit.
